@JMH_BN3: Another Community member raised a similar issue, and some solutions have been suggested via the link below.
You may also wish to try heading to Settings > Device Care > App protections > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > App protection settings > Toggle the feature off, then on again. Alternatively, try temporarily disabling 'Auto scan when installing apps' to see if this helps.
