so something is going on it's not showing that my messages that I send with the chat settings I have on are showing that they are delivered & read like they used to how do I fix that can anyone help me?

Test delivery reports is a network driven feature so I would suggest to speak to your networks customer services to ask them directly.

On Samsung messages it does support read and delivery report but you have to open the message and look at details to see it

It's why I have switched to Google messages as it shows like in whatsapp. Down side is that Google messages doesn't support recycle bin but Samsung messages does.

I switched to Google messages miles better imo also use WhatsApp

I wish they had recycle bin like Samsung messages though apart from that I prefer Google messages
