Update for camera zoom fix

Has anyone had an update to fix the zoom issue on the s23 ultra ? I read online an update was posted in Korea and the issue was fixed but it seems the uk haven't had an update yet ? When contacting samsung on x you just get attitude from the staff 😒

Hi there, you can try to go to camera settings>intelligent optimisation and select medium or shoot on pro mode 😊 (up until update comes)

Yeah I've done that but I find it affects the quality of the photos when you select medium I'm just so confused as to why they haven't sent out an update to fix this 🙄🤷🏼‍♀️

They release it in batches so you might keep on checking on them manually 😊or you could try pro mode.

Pro mode a bit complicated but at the same time user friendly if you never used DSLR camera you would be a bit struggling but it's not an issue since it's almost like you editing photo ISO exposure etc you choose on what's what and take your perfect shoot 😊 me myself just got update on s24 ultra just about 1.5 weeks ago so it's matter of time also you can report this on this app to developers so they know what issues you're facing and if they can help further

Yeah i reported it a few weeks ago when I first noticed the issue I had the s24 ultra but didn't think it was worth the upgrade from my s23 ultra so I sent it back

As far as I'm aware, the S23 Ultra patch has not yet been released in the UK and Samsung haven't confirmed when it will be.

Most likely will be in month or so when beta for ONE UI 7 released to public on December and official ONE UI7 will be with next s25 flagships.
