Unresponsive screen

So far I've experienced an unresponsive screen when using a web app (a Spanish wordle) and mobi calculator. I would return to the app and it is like I am not touching the screen. Killing the app and starting again works. In the case of the mobi calculator I kept pressing and it eventually worked, after a few seconds.

Other than the McAfee antivirus the s23 ultra has preinstalled, I also have Microsoft Defender with web protection off.

Any ideas about what can be causing this intermittent and random behaviour?

It maybe the apps that's at fault too, have you contacted the app support?

Hi @laundoner 

Try clearing the apps cache via Settings > Apps > Choose the App in question > Storage > Clear Cache.

If absolutely necessary Clear Data however this will delete anything you've stored in the App.
