Hi All,
Although the Samsung trade in is a great offer, it seems a nightmare to understand all the so reaching out for help!
On the trade in screen to has 'any broken samsung phone' and depending where I search it either states anything can be returned in any condition or it states must hold a charge and power up.
The other option states 'Any Cracked Samsung phone '
As I have a knackered S6 which had a brand new Samsung battery just before it dies 12 months back is that covered by any broken phone?
If any Samsung folks could answer with a link to what 'broken' means it would be much appreciated as all I found from 2022 was a link to appendix 2 saying any phone, without the caveats of power on etc

There is a chat option on the samsung.com site you could ask to get an official answer @GarryL
From https://www.samsung.com/uk/trade-in/
Be as accurate as you can when answering the questions to be supplied an accurate as possible quotation.
Samsung will then confirm the quote once the phone has been received.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
