Hi, How to delete all Samsung Notes that I have on Samsung cloud ?

When I look into the import Notes, I can see that I have notes on Samsung cloud, but there is no possibility to delete them completely (ie. even from the cloud). I have also tried to import them and delete them, but they are still present on Samsung cloud 😱

Hi,
Try Below

Remove Content From Your Cloud

Step 1: From the Home Screen, tap on Apps.

Step 2: Tap Settings.

Step 3: Tap Samsung Cloud.

Step 4: Tap Cloud usage.

Step 5: Tap the backed up data that you want to delete (e.g. Gallery). (Notes)

Step 6: From the Home Screen, tap on REMOVE FROM SAMSUNG CLOUD

I want to delete Samsung Notes, and you are telling me how to delete a Samsung Backup, the above message is off topic: deleting a Samsung Backup does note delete the current Samsung Notes available on the cloud.

How to delete the current Samsung Notes that are on Samsung cloud ? How to do that either from a web browser or from the Android device ?

Hi, 1 month after there is still no answer from Samsung about your Samsung tool ?!

This is an essential feature and basic question!

Hi @shizz , I tried replicating your experience exactly on my S10, but wasn't able to.

For me, nothing shows for ‘Import notes’ from my Samsung Cloud/account (I just get onscreen messages of “No S Note data in Samsung account” etc.).

All I could discover was that deleting some files from the Samsung Notes app (and storing those files elsewhere), and then syncing the Samsung Notes app with the Samsung Cloud reduced the storage space that Samsung Notes take up on the Cloud. (As seen when logging on to the Cloud via a web browser at https://support.samsungcloud.com/#/sync and looking at the 'Apps synced' bit.)

I couldn't actually see any Samsung Note related files on the Cloud though, so I guessed the reduction in storage used meant that the relevant files have been removed from the Cloud.

I asked the developers for more info, and if there was any way to actually view or get at that data. They've advised:

"If the user wants to delete all the Samsung notes in the cloud, it is possible.

1. Enable "Sync with Samsung Cloud" on the settings of the Samsung Notes app.
2. Delete all the notes or all move the notes to the recycle bin.
3. Empty them in the recycle bin.

And then the deletion operations for the user's notes will be sent to the cloud and all the notes in the cloud also will be deleted."

So, similar to what I found when trying it out myself.
