Where is this? Some of the status icons I don't need, eg I don't need "location services" icon showing all the time. I know this is on, it's always on so I'd like to remove the icon from the top right. Should be able to add the 'System UI tuner' option to the settings menu by holding the settings cog but it doesn't work. Didn't used to have location services icon showing all the time so feel like maybe this has changed with an update, either way in the past I've been able to choose which settings display a status icon but seems not on the Samsung?

You can hide the icons with the Good Lock module Quick Star from the Samsung store. Install Good Lock, then Quick Star

System ui tuner is a 3rd party app, with its uses, but for Samsung use the apps mentioned above which are fully supported and compatible

For some reason the annoying location services icon has hidden itself now!! But system UI tuner certainly used to be part of stock android, a bit like the developer tools it could be added to the menu if you knew how.

I only remember it as 3rd party app, there were two and one is still available, which eased the access to hidden features

The removed access to System UI tuner several years ago for some reason, it's possible with ADB but it's probably just as easy to use an app or the GoodLock module now instead
