After the update I can't play youtube in my car. I can see the song is moving but no sound. Bluetooth says connect for calls only. When I try to enable audio it go back to disable status. Other phones work ok.
I try everything like forget device restart the car system, restart the phone, clear cache most of the developed options too but for some reason, when i connect the phone with the car, in the bluetooth option i see the audio part is disabled, i try enable it, but it goes back do disable for no reason.
One UI Version is: 6.1
BuildNumber is: UP1A.231005.007.S918BXXS6CXG8
Build info: dm3qxxx-user 14 UP1A.231005.007 S918BXXS6CXG8

Another details is when i try for 10th time to forget the device and re-connect i see that when it connect all the options - including the audio is enabled, but then the screen on the car and the phone itself its start the Android Auto app and then the Audio option goes to disable state. Im not sure now if its Android Auto app that its make this issue or the Bluetooth

Also i post the question to the Android Auto, as it seams to be more related to that one but not sure,
https://support.google.com/androidauto/thread/298236253/after-update-no-audio-in-car
there is also a workaround but its not plesent.

I had the same problem with my S23+ after the big update. I tried all the other recommended solutions, but resetting the Bluetooth setting on the phone seemed to fix the issue. Go to: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Settings > Reset Settings. You're going to have to reconnect to all your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices afterwards, but my phone connects to my car without any problems now.

That part did not work for me, i try. The only solution that works but its every time when i enter the car is to uninstall the Android Auto. Ill try both scenario uninstall, clear and reset to see what will happen.

My solution was to disable Android Auto in the car and play sound via Bluetooth. However, now I can’t use Android Auto.

I had this problem. I went to settings then sound and vibration then separate app sound. There I found that the phone was selected and not bluetooth. Hope that works
