So I have two apps asking for permission to storage and when I go to allow it the storage permission doesn't pop up and when I go into files to allow storage through that it still doesn't work help please

Hi @Misti_Ryan. Which apps are these please? Can you manually give permission to these apps? Head into Settings > Apps > Select the app in question > Permissions.

Amino and ACM on my old phone like I can allow them access to camera and contacts but then it asks for storage and that permission doesn't pop up

I have the same problem. 

My dropbox app works fine, even syncing camera uploads. I want to select which albums to sync and then it says need access to storage so redirects me to settings where storage is not one of the possible permissions.

I had the same with messenger, could not send pictures from my gallery.

Driving me nuts.
