Hi I've recently got an s23 ultra. However, when attempting to buy some themes my EE billing method has disappeared. Does anyone know how i can get this back?

Hi @jemimasop, congrats on your S23 Ultra. Are you trying to buy some themes on the Galaxy Themes app, or using a different app/store?

Wow I didn't even know you can still use your mobile network to pay for things lol

Ok,have you checked within the EE app and in settings to see if this function has been disabled by you or EE themselves? If there is no such function, maybe check in the Phone Settings, Themes, click on Menu on the bottom right, then Payment Settings and see if it's there.
