Custom bottom buttons

I used to be able to get custom bottom buttons went downloading certain themes however it stopped anyone idea what may have stopped it and what in possibly good luck or where else would you have stopped it from changing it is now set to default and will not change like it used to anyone have any ideas or is this as I knew update will not show custom bottom icons thanks for that in advance 🤔🙏👍

Just themes from
Samsung store. Then applied

What theme was it? If you try it now does it say incompatible

Just applied through samsung main app clicked apply

Cannot get it to return to what it was before. Could this be software related
