Samsung Wear app not working on S23 Ultra

Wear app just stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still not working.

This helped me...

Have a look at the Reddit Post ( both auto date/time and timezone should be disabled and the date should be set to somewhere in 2023).

@TheAtomicCat: As a temporary workaround for this issue, please uninstall and reinstall the Wearable app, then reset your Galaxy Watch and reconnect it.

  1. Home screen > Apps > Wearable > [Long press] > Uninstall
  2. [Pop-up] Wearable – Do you want to uninstall this app? Select ‘OK’
  3. [Pop-up] You can also uninstall other apps that work together with Galaxy Wearable. Select ‘Uninstall’
  4. Galaxy Store > Install Wearable app
  5. Confirm Watch initialisation (reset) when prompted (The option to transfer the watch will not work)
  6. Follow on-screen prompts to re-establish the the watch/phone connection.

A permanent fix will be released shortly via an update, which you can install by heading to the Wearable app and selecting Menu > Settings > About Galaxy Wearable > The update menu is activated if there is a plug-in update available > Update.
