Furthermore, experienced users will always accept the beta may not be fully functioning and have bugs. I for one have no issue with that in mind I would not moan.
I get the August update will be delayed on the s23 as it's included within one ui 6.0, but.please update us.
I do moan when Samsung fail to communicate with their customers from whatever region they may come from.

Some will inevitably get bent out of shape with whatever is said and done.
Sadly that's the world we live in.
The Beta thing. I get some want to try it out eagerly. I was eager enough to try Android 14 that much I brought a Pixel 7 Pro. Was buggy like mad to start with.
But unfortunately there are some that hear about the Beta and want to try it without realising that the software contains issues. Like banking app not working for one.
I get why they keep it to certain regions first and then open the program up to others.
Like it or not
It's just the way Samsung does it.
They are not obliged to inform anyone as it a voluntary contribution people make should they wish to
Really phones don't need regular monthly updates, and for the most part contain nothing more than slight adjustments to software that make no user difference
I know my phones will get updated at some point. So nothing to stress about
