Hey, did anyone else purchase a Samsung phone beginning of December? My claim was accepted 1st Dec and I recieved the buds week before Christmas however no cashback. When I've attempted to track I've inputted the claim number which I get a response saying it doesn't exist and when I try to track through my email it's not sending me a verification code. Is this happening to anybody else or has anyone recieved their cash back from around the same time?

Usually dont get cashback until the period for returning item has elapsed

I purchased 2x Watch6 Classics, received the trade-in emails and just checked the cashback tracking, I like after verification it shows all claims and the status.
Best to contact the claims team, I have in the past and they are quite helpful.
