S23U Google RCS messaging (e-SIM/physical SIM

Good day, anyone having a problem with the RCS messaging? Its stuck on verifying/setting up. Also i have forced stop, uninstall and intall the application. I even turned off my e-SIM and its still stuck.

I'm using an e-SIM and I do not have a physical SIM

How long has it been stuck?

Its been stuck for  a week now. I'd leave my phone(screen on while verifying) then its just stuck. Been trying it 2x a day
