Phone treating two different WiFis as the same.

So there are two WiFi networks in different homes. Their name is the same but have different passwords, so when I try to connect to the other one it says wrong password because it uses the first WiFi's password.

How to make phone "realise" that those are two different WiFi networks?

Ask one of the owners to choose a different SSID 🙂

I had pixel before galaxy and that was able to differentiate between both, how come Samsung can't?

Right...
There's one possibility via the Connectivity Lab, but you'd need to know what wifi band each router was using. Obviously, if they were using the same, then it would be a waste of time. And even then, you'd still have to connect to it manually. Your phone wouldn't know the difference.
