Can anyone help?

This ain't my first rodeo. Cyber security issues with a stalker. My phone has been cloned.

Apart from factory reset, password change etc and two authentication, is there anything I can do please? I have erased before, but I am assuming because they have the phones mac address its going.to keep.happening?

Would be great if I could get some.advise . Such little knowledge found over the last 4 years.

Thanks

Hi. Maybe you should get the police involved. This is more of a consumer based community.

Perhaps consider getting a new phone and registering a new samsung id with new email etc

What are we looking at? Two devices that were logged under same Google account at some point. Click one, click on the other what do they show

This is possibly best asked to Samsung directly via your Samsung Members App under the feedback section ~ Ask a Question.

I wish you all the best with this @madz33

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I'm unable to do anything when clicking on them. Noticed one of my security apps is syncing with another device.
Google earlier came up with a tablet.
Samsung had supposedly good.secuity. but Bluetooth is active csnt stop it. There's muti connection , tethering, quick share
I have various security apps. But no control over phone! Thanks for reply
