I have a brand new S23FE. It is unable to use the wifi network. It constantly drops saying connected with no internet. I have a regular S23 which has no such issues. No other device on the network suffers with this. I know loads of people had this issue in early 2023 with 2.5 GHz / 5 GHz and would have assumed Samsung had issued a software patch that shouldn't be affecting a 2024 model. The phone is Exynos 2200.

We have factory reset the phone and have also factory reset the virgin media hub.

Even went to a Samsung store and they were very unhelpful.

Is anyone else having this?

Unfortunately yes, Tried every solution suggested, but phone still randomly and intermittently drops of any wi fi network i happen to be connected to.

i also have had to switch off mobile data, to avoid unknowingly going over my limit.

This is simply a disgrace, which Samsung seem quite happy to ignore.

worst problem i have ever had with ANY phone.

I just bought a brand new S23FE with latest Android 14 and from the first 10 minutes it started to drop internet while on Wifi although all other devices from the house keep working fine.

Forgetting the wifi settings doesn't work, when you reconnect to your router, the issue is back in maximum 1-2 hours. At some point I had continuous wifi issue after each restart, kept dropping internet.

This is disappointing that in 2024 there is such lack of quality  standards from a brand like Samsung. It's obvious that system and to end testing was skipped by Samsung while launching this device.

Now I have to struggle to return the product back to the shop.
