Getting free FE earbuds after upgrade

I recently upgraded to an S23 FE (an absolutely superb phone) and was told I can clam a free set of earbuds. On the claims page however it asks for a receipt. O have no receipt just a new device plan. What can I do?

Did you not receive an invoice when the phone was delivered? That is you receipt and all details required to claim are on there

Your retailer can provide you a receipt which you can then upload.
