S23 ULTRA audio on right side only bluetooth / android auto in car

Hi all,

For the last 3 months I've had an issue where the audio from my phone when played to a vehicle stereo either via Bluetooth or over android auto wireless is playing only on the drivers side speakers.

It's almost as if the audio for centre has been placed on RH and LH has no audio.

When attempting to use the vehicle fader when I pan all the way left the audio stops.

I've tried two other vehicles now and the same problem occurs! Any ideas?

This issue appears to be related to Android Auto. I personally use wireless connectivity through AAWireless and have not encountered any problems. Have you tried enabling developer mode in Android Auto to troubleshoot the issue?

I have not, but this also happens in a vehicle I drive which only has bluetooth and it's the same issue.

Google seems to show a lot of people experiencing the issue, but no solutions!
