How are you trying to connect to the TV?

Hi @megoodcat Are you using Smart View or SmartThings and are both Devices software up to date?| You may need to check permissions on phone and TV. Generally it is best to reboot both Tv and device at the same time and you may need to reboot your router. Sometimes there can be issues if Bluetooth also activated and so you may need to turn that off. some other information here https://www.samsung.com/screen Mirroring
