Purchased s23 ultra 512gb in Samsung exclusive Red, I was under the impression I would receive £300 worth of adidas vouchers and also 6 months disney + for free. I am yet to receive emails or notifications outlining how to claim these

It said how to claim it when you bought the phone. "Purchase from Samsung.com by 30/05/23. Claims can be made between 26 April- 30 May 2023. While stocks last. Claim from www.samsung-offers.claims/s23faststart 1 claim per Promotion Product purchased, 4 claims per household / 1 Per Business".

How long does It take the adidas vouchers to arrive once ur claim has been successful

Hi! Can I still claim the Adidas voucher if I purchased my s23 ultra on the 30th of May? I bought it on Samsung.com. I received the phone after a week. I tried to claim it even before the phone arrived but Samsung was asking for the IMEI number. Thanks

Hi! I was told by Samsung when I purchased it that I can claim it in 30 days. I tried to contact the customer service that deals with claims but they are open til 5pm only.
