Transfer Photos issue

I just transferred to Samsung, and Ive noticed that there is a recent album which my photos aren't in chronological order, and I'm not sure if there is a solution, as I've tried Google Photo, transfer via iCloud and cable and no luck. Thank you

Hi @Kevinn88, it does sound like the photos are being restored in the order they were backed up, which can affect the date they were taken. As there isn't an option to change this from the phone, if you have access to the photos on your iCloud, it will be ideal to check if this is the case and if their dates/time has been changed.

Go to gallery settings and about gallery.

Keep Tapping the version till gallery labs is activated.

Then under gallery labs there is option to sort by date.

yes I did, that is turned on, and I refreshed, the recent album is still not in order, I'm not sure lol

There is another option further down to fix date and time.

I personally haven't used it, so you can try at your own risk.

I think it still doesn't work, should I re-transfer the pictures?

Wait for a couple of days and see if it sorts it out.

Or

Google and see if any one able to sort it out.
