Today, for the 1st time, I went to use waze, however, it didn't connect, says "no Internet connection "..wfi was on..?

Hi @Romarc
Try going into Settings > Apps > Choose the App > Storage > Clear Cache > If absolutely necessary Clear Data.
Also in this area check all the permissions for the app.
