S23 Ultra stopped working - will not turn on

Hello,

My S23 Ultra was working perfectly and was charging overnight but must have crashed.  Won't turn on.  Tried the common solutions, charging, letting it sit, power button hold, power and volume, etc.  NO signs of life at all.

No changes to use or connection.  Help!

S23 turned itself off at 76% and died. Tried different chargers, forced reset, etc. Still dead. Has a small scratch on the screen (old damage) but because of this, despite being in Samsung warranty, we have to pay for inspection and repair of what appears to be a known hardware issue. Hardly fair!

Hello,

Same issue as others experienced. Had a software update today battery was pretty high around 90% since I left it on charge overnight (don't normally do this). Within an hour the phone glitched and went off (no samsung power down screen). Can't boot it now tried Vol - & side button and Vol + & side button but nothing. Also, tried whilst connected to a laptop. 

Repair shop reckon motherboard is gone. Any other ideas? i have data on there I need and if board is replaced my data is gone
