S23 ultra no more super fast charging

Hi all, i ask already this question but still did not get correct answer. Does anyone have no more super fast charging on s23 ultra after software update? Even my 45w charger not charging my any devices, I bought another samsung 45w charger with 5a cable and still no super fast charging I mean I have green circle but no more blue. Any advice please. Many thanks

Hi, try clearing the cache partition if that doesn't work backup your important files and do a factory reset.

According to the Samsung UK Support Page your Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra supports Superfast Charging @Renars

Whilst on charge pull down from the top and tap on the charging status to see what it states under the battery about the Battery Status.

If things don't right then send your feedback via the Samsung Members App.

You said previously that you were getting the green charging ring. This means you are super fast charging. To check, whilst charging, goto Device Care>Battery and it should confirm that super fast charger is connected.

I just connected my S23 Ultra to my Samsung Super Fast Charger and in Settings / Battery and device care it shows that it is in fact charging super fast.

Before software update was blue circle and phone charge from 20% till 100% in 50 min now I have green circle and charging 1.2hrs so its not super fast charging

Are you using a 5A cable? I believe Samsung only supply 3A cables with their phones.

Yes my friend, i have samsung 45w charger with 5a cable, i ordor todau anker charger, we will see how will be, thanks

Yes my friend, this Saturday should arrive new another original samsung 45w charger if will be the same then I will order anker 45w charger and if again will be the same then I don't know what to do. Probably I will charge my phone with 25w charger 🤣🫣
