S23 Ultra - I cannot add my Company Portal

Ultra 23 I cannot add my Company Portal my IT department has tried everything installing and uninstalling its a Samsung Issue any suggestions..?

What portal is in use? What happens when you try, any errors etc etc

Will this be a link within a browser? 

If so, try another browser.  I couldn't setup an app using Edge but could set it up using another browser.
