S23 ultra - GPS issues with Google Maps

Is there going to be a fix for gps issues with Google Maps anytime soon?

I use Google Maps for my work as a delivery driver and I have been experiences a lot of issues that clearing cache, clearing data, calibrating compass, and live view on MAPS have not fixed at all. Google maps let's me know that GPS signal is lost. Also the blue dot use to say high accuracy for my location but now it is always low accuracy. MAPS doesn't know which way my phone is pointing. It's off like it doesn't know which way is North. The blue circle for the perimeter is too big like it is having trouble finding me. When following directions, the screen freezes or it tells me to turn left when I should have already did so like 30 seconds ago. Also I'll just be sitting in the parking lot and it says I'm there, then in the store, in a field, and across the street, all in a matter of seconds.  The very few seconds it seems I have connection, the app works fine but when it seems like connection bad is when it glitches out. Never had these issues on my note 9 which I traded in for this phone.

The gps doesn't work half the time on the s23 ultra unlocked version, i hope they fix it because 1500 is not cheap for a phone,  bit embarrassing telling everyone u have expensive phone but can't handle gps  but a $800 non galaxy  phone can handle

Make sure your power saving is set to off. I was having similar issues until I shut that off.

I honestly did everything from turning power saving off to resting the whole phone to Uninstalling the update and the maps app nothing seem to work

I'm right there with ya.  I've tried everything and really don't want to give up hours of my day to visit store or call tech support.

Yup, also have been having issues with my GPS as of late. I do delivery and use android auto. I found the issue was after I use Waze. I turn the car off while the phone still connected to Android Auto. I then go get my next delivery. I come back to the car. Turn on the car and device has issues locating to find GPS location. Now if I disconnect the device before turning on the car, I sometimes have no issues.

Alright so we're all in this together. Hope this gets fixed soon cause I work on my phone as well and it's getting mad annoying.

Will when it happens again to any of us we need to send a full log of phone to samsung.

I've got the same issue like people above. GPS losing the signal constantly.

I found 1 solution. I turn off car android unit and i got full phone gps signal back. Now im trying to move Car's GPS device further from where my phone is ( passenger side ) so i may use car android head unit and phone' google map at same time . But this is never happen when i used S22 ultra 😞
