S23 ultra - GPS issues with Google Maps

Is there going to be a fix for gps issues with Google Maps anytime soon?

I have the exact same issue since past few days, it was working fine in start then recently it’ll just stop updating the location as soon as I start driving. Did you get any response from samsung?

Just what I stated earlier in this thread.
I definitely don't think it's anything to do with hardware as it's fine for a couple weeks then boom like today just stops finding gps.
Turn off turn on it's fine.

Oh it'll get worse.  I got one of the first phones and just a month ago it began acting up.  At the beginning a restart would fix, now nothing works.

GPS started playing up a few weeks ago, it's really bad and dangerous.

Have Samsung issued a fix for this? I'm considering sending this phone back on the basis that it doesn't have working GPS as advertised - it's unacceptable that it's still an issue 5mo after being raised.

So far I have had 3 new phones s23 plus this is my 4th phone it's has been better. The phone internal antenna is not working properly there is a process call your provider and let them know you want to take the phone to be check by a technician of there choice. Once it is been checked then your provider will send you out a new phone.

Seriously? I bought my phone outright, so im not tied to a provider who cares about my phone.

What would be the next steps? What could cause the antenna to stop working inside?

You have insurance plus the phone comes with a warranty call your service provider or assurance the insurance let them know of the problem. Like I stated it's an internal problem with these phones

Samsung S23 Ultra a nightmare! Replaced charger port Samsung Customer service. Now video of me calling black and white.  Followed suggestions removing all the nice things like eye relief ? And other dilly comfort items. Software is a monster and not very versatile. My opinion PASS.

Wish I could be more positive about their flagship; more like bathtub...

I am also having the same issue. It's to the point where my gps loses its route pretty much rightly away.

Any luck on finding a solution?

I'm thinking to try a factory reset after I've backed everything up... and if that doesn't work, I'm sending it back
