S23 Ultra Front Facing Camera Blurry on WhatsApp calls, but fine for others

S23 Ultra Front Facing Camera Blurry on WhatsApp calls, but fine for anything else. Like if I go to take a photo or video in WhatsApp its not Blurry front or back. Then when I answer a video chat it's Blurry on the front facing and not the back. Strange, has anyone else had this issue?

S23+ user: Have a similar problem as well. Camera looks okay on the camera app but the moment I open the front facing camera on WhatsApp, everything looks horrible. In my case, whether I'm taking a picture or answering a video call, it's dreadful. I honestly thought my phone was defective or something. Here's hoping Samsung (or WhatsApp) rollout an update to fix this. My old S10e looks far better and that's kind of annoying.

Yeah I noticed it the first day I used the s23 Ultra and upgraded from an S10 too. But if you check snapchat or just the camera mine was fine so I've contacted WhatsApp and they want me to send evidence of the issue. You can contact them on WhatsApp and it appears like a message in there

It is happening to me too, just wrote to Whatsapp support and see if they can do something 🫠

Yeah they weren't much help with me to be honest and ended up closing the ticket

I also have this issue on WhatsApp and messenger... looks like I have a filter on

Yeah its strange, if you go into the light, you'll see it instantly change

Yeah i am also facing the same issue  while capturing picture in nomal camera of phone everything is good but in whatapp , google meet , zoom meeting front facing video call is blurry , too soft and grainy  . In other application  its fine . Please resolve this problem samsung its annoying
