S23 Ultra Front Facing Camera Blurry on WhatsApp calls, but fine for others

S23 Ultra Front Facing Camera Blurry on WhatsApp calls, but fine for anything else. Like if I go to take a photo or video in WhatsApp its not Blurry front or back. Then when I answer a video chat it's Blurry on the front facing and not the back. Strange, has anyone else had this issue?

According to the Sammobile.com site this morning it mentions a stabilisation bug is present in the S22ultra and probably other models in the range. There is no word yet on a fix for them.

I hadn't read that so thank you! Just strange it's only happening on WhatsApp calls and not Facebook ones

I too am facing the same exact issue. Got a new S23 Ultra recently and found the issue on my first wattsapp call.

Yeah it doesn't seem to be happening everytime

Okay so I think the issue is the lighting. I had a call in a dark room.and stepped into the light and it went to normal. Could be to do with the new face smoothing etc

With the superphone we have we should not have this issue tho.

Yeah of course, but that makes me think it's a WhatsApp issue and not an actual Samsung issue. Gonna contact their support
