S23 Ultra cashback - when to claim?

I see there's a new £200 cashback offer on the S23 Ultra.  The instructions on when to claim are contradictory.

  • If I click on Learn More (on the S23 page), it says "Claims must be submitted between 30 – 60 days of purchase."
  • If I go to the claims page, it says " Remember, claims must be made within 30 days of purchase."  This is also the wording on the T&Cs page.

Which is correct?  I'd think the latter (within 30 days), but it's absolutely not clear.

After testing this on our end, we have found that our claim page is still up and running. We recommend trying other internet sources, such as another Wi-Fi router or Mobile Data.

I get the same ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, both on my laptop, my phone and my tablet. The fault lies with Samsung.

Just got it to work on my mobile data, when on WiFi I get the SSL error

Do you happen to have any internet security apps or VPN's active that could be interfering? Have you been able to try another web browser as it may be blocking our site?

No, just normal Android and no VPN. I've only tried on Android so far, with Vivaldi (Chrome based browser) and the the Samsung browser. Both browsers behave exactly the same, on WiFi and mobile data. I'll try some desktop browsers after dinner.

OK, on desktop now.
Firefox gives me the following:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to samsung-offers.claims. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

A chrome-based browser works, which is good 🙂  Still not working on any browser on mobile (phone or tablet), including the Samsung one.

Applied for the £200 cashback on the 17th of June, got this message. Am I going ot receive the cashback 100%? I bought the s23 ultra with watch 5 bundle for around 1500 Screenshot_20230619_162433_Chrome.jpg
