S23 Ultra Camera issues (waves)

Hi Team,

      I am totally disappointed with S23Ultra camera 😞 When I turn on the camera, I see a wave before it gets stabalized.

I haven't observed this in my S22 Ultra.

 

Another issue is with the grains, The moon photo on S22 Ultra was a bit clear than the s23 Ultra, I start to see more grains as soon as I cross 10X.

 

I am attaching the video, anyone facing the issues?

When I try to Zoom over 30X it says "Click on Preview image to stabalize the photo" , I have never seen this.

May I ask what if any troubleshooting steps have you tried thus far so we're not advising any steps you've already tried.

Hi @BandOfBrothers  These are the steps I already performed:

1. Delete Camera App data.

2. Reset all settings.

3. Factory Reset.

4. Safe Mode.

5. Clear Partition wipe.

I don't have any idea now 😞 The Zoom is getting blurry now.

If running the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App does not help to highlight any issues then your next logical solution wouod be sending feedback via your Samsung Members App for Samsung to perhaps make further steps and or seek support from a Samsung Service Centre.

I noticed this issue got fixed for me with the new update to ONE UI version 6.0 🤷
