s 23 ultra one ui 7 problems

today i update my s23ulta it has 2 major issues first and worst is camera video and pictures have worst quality photos are like screenshots when you zoom every thing in it is noisy and messed up enhancing photos after capturing doesn't work it doesn't matter it's on low or high same result, it's like I'm using a camera for 7 years ago  im so sad the second problem is when working with 5g internet upper left side overheating anybody else have problems like me?? any solution for it or Samsung should fix it??

My camera (s23 ultra) straight up died after updating to one ui 7. Cant open camera app,only shows camera failed when i try to open

I feel like crying😢😢😢

sorry to hear that,can you make a reset factory?it fixed a lot of my camera problems well it's not the same but better than nothing

I did also experience this, tried to reset camera setting and not successful. the camera quality very awful, Samsung A series do better. my S23Ultra becoming Samsung J type series now.

exactly this is my picture quality now, i thought it's hardware issue.

I have tried factory setting and nothing change, samsung just rip off his own customer by this silly update. i wish i can roll back to previous UI. hope samsung will do something or this is intentionally so all user will upgrade their device. what a shame.

Probably wont do a factory reset. Too much data in phone right now. 

Its definitely a software issue, and its affecting the rear camera. I can open up front camera by using other apps like  camera 360. Scan QR can open up rear camera. Expert Raw can open rear camera as well. Camera app by itself will just tell me the camera failed. Same with Whatsapp and Telegram. Both apps cant access the camera anymore.

Long story short,am hoping for a software update to fix the bug soon. Otherwise will probably jump ship to fruit brand. Was thinking bout this ever since i found out latest s25 pen no longer has bluetooth function. Now the camera failing is just adding icing on top 😢😢😢😓😓😓
