s 23 ultra one ui 7 problems

today i update my s23ulta it has 2 major issues first and worst is camera video and pictures have worst quality photos are like screenshots when you zoom every thing in it is noisy and messed up enhancing photos after capturing doesn't work it doesn't matter it's on low or high same result, it's like I'm using a camera for 7 years ago  im so sad the second problem is when working with 5g internet upper left side overheating anybody else have problems like me?? any solution for it or Samsung should fix it??

apparently it's happening to everyone. guess we're all gonna have to dump the 200mp and 50mp photos and figure out how to use gcam. Might switch to Google honestly. Apple did this then Samsung followed through. Samsungs are basically Google's with a different skin but worse.

I'm having the same issue, I can't believe I paid so much money for a phone with an amazing camera and now I can take better photos with a 50 dollar phone 😭

There is a ribbon connection within phone that sometimes comes loose that causes this issue.

If you are adept, remove back glass, unscrew component board, and check ribbon cable to 12mb camera.

Yes exactly same issue happened in my s23 ultra after one ui 7 update and pro mode photo video become worst now special in low light

I'm having the same issue as you're, it won't let me open the rear camera either? And I'm on the s22 ultra, its really strange...

I took PulseOne's advice. Took d back glass off,checked d ribbon cable for the camera. 1 of them was disconnected. Reconnected and my camera lives to see another day.

Was about to buy a new phone,so i tot wth lets try to open this phone up. If i f it up,i was gonna buy a new 1 anyway. But thank God it worked
