S23 one ui update 7 freezing home screen after return from an app

Often you may be in an app like maps or instragram and need to switch to WhatsApp to look at a message. 

Swiping and returning to home screen may result in a freeze for several seconds where it is impossible to launch whatsapp, or whatever app you may wish to go to. 

This seems to be often when the active app was one you may not have opened on a while. 

Very disappointing as one ui 7 brings a load of arbitrary and pointless ui changes and manages to turn the premium galaxy phone into a stuttering brick. 

Bring back one ui 6 it was fine.

Hello guys, i think I've found a solution for this... (issue did not return since I've change the setting).

ok, so basically first thing im doing, after installing new firmware, or after resetting my device, is enabling developer  options, and switching all 3 options of animation scaling to "off". now, in this situation, i was experiencing those crashes when switching apps. 

so what i did is, going to the accessibility menu, and switch on the "reduce animations" or on some devices its shown as "remove animations" .

since I've done it, like 3-4 days, i dont have these crashes.

Sadly, its still happens also in one ui 8.
