Hi, just got new S23+ and zero notifications come thrrough on blackscreen, only when tapping the screen, its possible to see them. Telegram, Messenger, GMail, nothing works. It vibrates, but NOTHING COMES ON THE SCREEN THAT I COULD SEE.
I have tried absolutely every trick I have found on the internet except factory reset, as setup with Smart Switch and re-loogging into most apps took me like 5 hours anyway.
Any ideas, how to get help?

Same issue here. No notifications at all (!) on my S23 lock screen. The phone is making sounds all day but I never know why. Annoying.

If you've already enabled notifications from particular apps after pressing the settings cog next to 'show content' on the lock screen notifications settings page (as in the picture the OP attached) and you've tried setting the amount of information to be displayed as 'detailed' instead of 'standard', then the only thing I can think of is that the Samsung pages I found related to this say that the always on display only shows an icon indicating you've received a new notification but to see more detail you do have to tap the screen to take it to the lock screen.
Probably considered some kind of battery saving feature but useless for privacy if anyone can just tap the screen and then read more detail. I was hoping something in the Good Lock suite would allow for this to be changed but so far I don't see it.
I do see that Edge Lighting options can show the notification with detail temporarily but as far as having more than an icon show up on AOD I don't know.
Just out of curiosity, did you come from another Samsung phone that did show full notifications on the AOD? Or some other brand?

I downloaded the Glimpse Notifications app. It works "okay". When you get a notification, your black screen will light up and display the lock screen with a "detailed" notification (see screenshot.) It typically stays illuminated for as long as you have your screen timeout set for. It's not always 100% but does an "okay" job alerting you visually to the notification.

Same issue here with the Samsung S23 Ultra. I have tried changing multiple settings based on other peoples posts, still doesn't work.

I feel you. Have the same issue with my Samsung S23 Ultra. It's so annoying. I reached Samsung Support (because I have a bunch of other complaints about notifications also); here is what they said:
This can have several causes. To rule out a software conflict, I ask you to reset your cell phone to the factory settings. Often this already fixes errors, and you can use it again as usual.
Important: Please remember to back up your data on the PC, because unsaved data will be irrevocably lost during the reset.
If you still have issues with notification afterwards, I offer you to have your mobile phone checked by our service partner."

I think I have the solution for you and others out there. I also spent ages trying to find the solution.
I believe you (and others experiencing the same issue) will have the notification pop up style set to detailed.
For some reason the detailed option doesn't allow you to have the "show while even screen is off".
To fix: go to you settings > notifications > notification pop up style > select brief and ensure the toggle for show even when screen is off is set to on.
I'm surprised Samsung support has NFI.
Hope this helps the world become a better place

I am experiencing exactly the same issue (S23+), but I think the problem is somewhere else..
All the notifications are actually showing their content on lock screen (as expected), but the phone itself is not switching from blank (turned-off) screen to the lock screen. Only notification's sound is played, but screen remains off. When I go to lock screen manually (by double tapping on turned-off screen) I can see all notofications there.
I have AoD turned off, I am not interested in seeing icons for notifications, I want to see at least some text.
On my previous S21 Ultra with the same version of OneUI it's all working normally, turned-off screen goes to lock screen when new notification arrives and on the lock screen I can see the list of last few (3-4?) notifications.
I hope this will be fixed in OneUI 6.

Did Not help.
Now with One UI6, nothing has changed for the better, only worse... sometimes getting notification sound for no reason, checking, and there is no notification.
