Hidden notification

Hello,

When I receive a notification on my phone, Samsung S23 ultra, it does not appear in the foreground. In fact, I have to scroll down from the top of the screen to see the notifications.

How can I make sure that notifications always appear on the screen below?

Yes look

Look at the top left next to the time. There is just a small icon notification that appears.

Don't think it can be changed. Possibly as floating notification for apps that support it. Maybe have it appear as cards on lock screen

By enabling the two. Under notifications /advanced setting
and notifications /lock screen notifications
