I bought a new s23 ultra from Canada and brought it to the UK where I live. Is the registering process the same or is there any difference [the phone works perfectly fine [SIM] in the UK

Why register it, do you get benefits by doing that? Keep the receipt.

Hi @ej007

As you've imported the phone into the UK unfortunately Samsung UK wouldn't be able to support the phone under the 2 year Manufacturing Warranty if something went wrong with the phone or needed a repair.

If you try and register the phone the page may not accept the phone's details.

The phone should work as it has lots of bands and frequencies built into it.

5G may not work.

The benefits section in the Samsung Members App may be blank.

Samsung Wallet may not work.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Yeah you can't buy the Care+ as it wasn't purchased in UK. You'll probably to purchase it from Canada but not in the UK.

You can get cover just not with Samsung. Try your bank or gadget insurance sites.
