Random wallpaper issues

Hi,

I'm guessing people are having the same issue as me with the random changing wallpapers?? 

I've got the Galaxy S23 Ultra 

I've checked every settings for wallpapers, dynamic locksreen, etc. I have no apps that change the wallpapers either. 

Has anyone got a solution for this? 

Please help, it's driving me mad!!

I'm not having issues with my wallpapers. I don't use dynamic wallpapers, make sure dynamic wallpapers is set to none.

Yes everything is set to off, it's very weird. Scratching my head to work out why it's happening but can't figure out why🤔

Do you have any other launcher installed? Like Microsoft. Just read that someone had similar issue and it was Microsoft launcher that was the cause. Apparently Microsoft have a dynamic wallpaper also. If you do have any other launcher installed check the apps settings.

No I don't have any 3rd party apps or anything on the device.
I just can't work out why it is happening

Hi @Dazza11

Make sure your software is updated with the latest version that's available. Head into Settings > Software update > Tap on 'Download and install'.

Also, try to clear the cache from the following apps 'Wallpaper and style' and 'Wallpaper services'. Go to Settings > Apps > Tap on the sort by icon (top right) > Turn on 'Show system apps' > Select 'Wallpaper and style' and 'Wallpaper services' > Storage > Clear cache (bottom left).

I don't have that problem but have a suggestion which might have been overlooked.

Have you tried using the default wallpaper (Featured - top of the list in Settings \ Wallpapers and style) for Home and lock screen? 

When I have issues with a wallpaper or set of icons, I'll first switch back to the default.  I hope you resolve this issue.
