I have just got my Samsung s23 ultra back after having the acreen repaired and the phone was reset. I used to be able to type my pin on on my lock screen and i wouldn't need to press ok after typing the pin. I now have to press ok after typing the pin and I can't find any option anywhere to have it like it was before where I didnt need to press ok.. any ideas please?

Here is a reddit post , follow it to the letter , its worked for me! Seems like you only get to select the "unlock without pressing ok" function when you use a 6 digit not a 4.1702579378027.jpg

Hi there

1. Go to settings
2. Select 'lock screen
3. Screen lock type
4. Enter your 4 or more digit pin
5. Select PIN
6. Enter 4 or more digit pin again (you'll need a 6 digit or more pin to see the box ref not needing to press ok)
7. Make sure 'confirm pin without tapping OK is checked.
No more having to press OK after pin entry.

Hi, number 7 isn't an option. There is no option to confirm pin without tapping ok.

It is on mine. It is underneath where you enter the pin

Yeah I remember it from when I've done it before but the option just isn't there now.

Sorry to jump on this, I also have same issue, never had this on my s21ultra, I even factory reset my phone in case I missed the 'confirm pin without tapping ok', however this doesn't show up either

+1 for the same issue. S23 Ultra doesn't have the option for 'confirm pin without tapping OK' 😞
