According to some reports, people who updated One Ui 7 on their Galaxy S23 have encountered some issues, such as the Now Bar being asymmetrical and the AOD settings. I haven't received it yet, but I'm wondering if it's worth updating when I get it or if I should wait for it to be fixed. Are there any opinions that will help with this issue?

I've updated my S23 yesterday. Can say I've not experienced any issues so far. Apart from the battery draining faster a bit. I would recommend wiping the cache partition when the update reaches your phone. any other issues you can always report back.

I have the s23 ultra. Everything works fine. it's just not so good when I have my animation speeds set on 0.5x, but overall, I am definitely impressed with the update

Updated my S23U yesterday and so far so is good. I did my Flip6 the other week and yesterday it got an incremental update. Not sure what it was for as I didn't experience any issues on that.

On my s23 ultra notifications no longer let me click on the notification and open the app immediately, I have to manually navigate to everything. The layout change is annoying and the flashlight is harder to get to when the phone is locked now. Overall, worst update I've received and unless fixed will likely move away from galaxy phones after using them since the S8.

I wish I hadn't done it. My messages are showing a high number of unread messages, which is inaccurate. I've tried meddling with settings but nothing is working. Now I don't know if I have a new message. Also hate that all apps are on 1 screen and I have to scroll down. The pull down screen for just some settings is rather useless. I turned the AI thing off as it was always in your face. I'll access it only when I want it. I don't need or want it for every little thing. Very annoying.
