Battery indicator always on AOD

Is the battery indicator supposed to permanently on the AOD or is this a bug on my s23 many thanks

Looking at the preview- yes its normal.

Remeber- you can change what's there in Galaxy Themes

Yeah the battery indicator is always there.
I sent feedback during the beta and after.
Be great to turning off. Don't understand the reason why it's always on
But they obviously do this by design and seemingly are not going to change it
