Notification pop up

Hi. When I play a games or watching YouTube. WhatsApp. Viber. Twitter and all of message dosent notifications pop up? Am I miss somethings here? As my old phone samsung 10 note plus do notifications pop up? Help would be appreciated

Not sure about youtube, but for games, there is a setting called "Block during game" in Game Booster settings. Check there, if the notifications are blocked.
