Not able to delete/hide New voicemail notification

Hi,

I recently popped in a second sim on my S23 Ultra. Once the signal was available I got a notification as new voicemail. I'm not able to delete or hide that from my notification panel. Its showing as phone services, and the options to hide is diabled. How to get this removed?

First, you would need to set a voicemail by clicking the notification, and done 😎 the notification will be gone! 👍

Click it and go through the options there should be a section for notification panel remove

Try to turn off the voicemail and trun on again...

I have had the same issue... I managed to hide somehow on the phone, but still receiving vm notification on my galaxy watch 5 and I have not even have voicemail active... Very very annoying. Tried all the trick already find on internet but doesn't help.

Tried that, the option itself greyed out. Not able to change.
