When I receive a text message and get the notification in the notification bar, my only action options are to "mark as read" or "reply". I recall that in the past (on older samsungs) we also had the option to "delete" the message directly from the notification bar (see example in attached screenshot). This was very convenient. Is there any way to get this option on the S23? Is it hidden or did they just remove it completely which I believe is just stupid if they did?
Thanks,
NG

I use the Samsung Messages app and I definitely get the delete button as well @Members_uvCHqJ5
I do not use the Samsung Messages option that is the rich message version i.e RCS > Rich Communications.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I see your text message attached has a link in it. Do you get it for a normal text message as well?

Its a normal SMS. It shows like that because it has web links in it.. so I can open them with Opera.
Yea, any SMS i receive on physical sim I have Delete option. On eSIM I dont.
