The audio is out of sync on videos. This happens on YouTube and streaming platforms like Peacock. How do you fix this?

Can you start by performing a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On @Petchiro

Then check if that's helped.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Thank you. I have done that on a couple of occasions and it's still a problem

I only have this issue on the odd occasion when using my Buds Live whilst watching YouTube on my S23 Ultra @Petchiro. Are you only getting this problem when you have your earbuds in, or is it happening to you even when audio is coming through your device speakers?.

I went back and checked and I notice its when I am watching video on my lunch break in my car and it is coming thru my car speakers. So guess that would be the same as coming thru ear buds? When watching without that and its coming thru the phone it seems to be fine. Can it be fixed?

You could try getting your car's infotainment system and your phone to 'forget' each other and then reconnect them, but to be honest I think it is just one of those compatibility things. You could also try making sure your car's infotainment software is up to date, this is especially important following One UI 6.0 dropping onto your phone. Failing this, I would Google this issue relating to your make of car's infotainment system to see if anyone else has had this problem and fixed it. Good luck to you regardless, and I hope you can find a workaround or even a fix.
