Not able to delete/hide New voicemail notification

Hi,

I recently popped in a second sim on my S23 Ultra. Once the signal was available I got a notification as new voicemail. I'm not able to delete or hide that from my notification panel. Its showing as phone services, and the options to hide is diabled. How to get this removed?

You need to clear data and cache of the phone services app, NOT the phone app, that are different applications.

Hi I'm having a similar issue and tried all the steps listed here andtthey did not work at all. I still have the voicemail Notification popping up whenever I clear it, even after restarting the phone. Is there anything else to do?
