No way to minimize notification for running routines anymore with one UI 6

In oneUI5 my running routines used to be minified to prevent icon in the status bar, but now this option is greyed out.

Also it seems that Minimized notifications doesn't work altogether anymore. If i choose to minimise an active notification for a for example Samsung health, the notification disappeares completely. 

Is that a bug?

I'd say so. 

It's still possible to minimize specific notification categories, but through a mostly hidden option which makes no sense for Samsung to have hidden it: https://www.androidpolice.com/one-ui-61-disables-notification-channels/

And, even then, minimized notifications will show with the same weight in the shade, you'll just have the icon hidden 🤡
