Is the S23 Ultra selling for more than its original price?

I've come across this several times online - this appears to be an official Samsung site. 

I paid €1299 for my S23 Ultra /512GB earlier this year here in the Netherlands and it's now being offered for €1579?

Similar price in UK. Maybe you got 512 for price of 256 or some similar deal in first wave

The same phone S23 Ultra/512GB, bought today from Vodafone over here goes for €1320, a modest increase in price.

The deals soon after launch including the preorder period were very good and there were storage and ram updates automatically for the price of the smaller capacity. I'd be surprised if the prices had increased though. I would like to think that its just the same offers and deals are not around currently.

For a while the promotion for the S23 Ultra was to get 512 Gb for the price of the 256 Gb
The 512 Gb without the promotion was always around that price
I should imagine with Black Friday coming up there will be further deals
